The local crew at Orion Ursa will take care of any repair required in your room or the property. The tenant is required to inform the issue to the respective warden, the warden will notify the requisite team, and the team will come into action
Are security deposits necessary at PG in Kamla Nagar?
Yes, we ask you to deposit 2 months of rent as fully refundable security. The other is for full and final payment, from which we’ll deduct your unpaid bills and any damage to the respective room. The rest 100% of the amount is refunded.
Can I book my room without visiting the PG in Kamla Nagar?
